Teknolojik yatırımlarına her daim devam eden Yüksel Seramik’in sahip olduğu değerlerden biri, karo üzerine dijital baskı özelliği taşıyan teknolojisidir.
Yüksel Seramik increased its production capacity and investments in 2008. Today, the company’s plant in Söke, Aydın has 5 different production lines for wall tiles, floor tiles, glazed porcelain and technical granite. It also boasts a “tile plotter”, a technology which has only recently been developed and owned by only a handful of plants, in addition to a third firing line for borders and trim tiles. All the production lines are equipped with a digital print system. In addition to a floor tile production unit, the plant also has a Lappato polishing line and color-body, trimming, waterjet, mosaic, accessory and skirting production technologies. Continuing to make technological investments, the company also uses digital tile printing technology which helps produce visually high quality products with a 3D texture. The company has recently purchased a 12-headed digital decorative printer which currently no other producer in Turkey has. Thus, Yüksel Seramik offers its business partners and customers a special range of digitally printed products undergoing the processes of design, molding, glazing, painting and firing. There are only a few producers using this technology in the industry. One other technological investment made by the company is the “Lappato” and “Full Lappato” finish system which is used to polish or semi-polish the opaque surfaces of tiles and which helped the company make a difference in its production processes. The company took a further step to improve this technology by building a “technical granite nano polishing line”. In the second quarter of 2012, the company also renovated its wall tile and glazed granite production lines, which were built back in 1997, to equip them with the latest technology. Additionally, the new technical granite production line built in the plant is helping the company penetrate the target markets. In 2013, thanks to all these investments in technology and to its professional staff members, the company managed to include a new set of 131 products with 479 different colors into its portfolio of wall and floor tile designs. The digital wall tile production processes of the company offer unique experiences to its business partners and target customers.
